Day 1 of fatigue fighting.

So far this morning hasn’t been too brutal (theres plenty of day left though!) I got up st 6:30 am, took my necessary medications, drank my water, made breakfast which consisted of eggs and toast and an apple, and then after a short rest I hopped on the stationary bike for 5 minutes. 5 minutes may not sound impressive but I’ve been basically stationary for a year now so I have to start small. I am feeling some increased fatigue from it but it’s not unbearable. I’m hopeful in time this gradual plan to work up to 20 minutes per day will be effective in reducing my overall fatigue as well as my pots symptoms.
