Fibro fitness journey day 3

So I want to get in shape, like many of my fellow chronically ill friends/fellow fibro sufferers. I started out this week with 15 minutes on a stationary bike two days ago. I was very sore following a seemingly simplistic exercise. The next day the soreness was worse. However, I did some gentle stretching and hopped back on the bike. Again I was sore but I did notice I felt happier and more mentally sound the rest of the day. So today I did a full half hour routine despite my sore body. I feel much happier than I have in months. Following diagnosis I grieved and dropped into a deep depression. While my body aches, I’m determined to persist while adjusting my diet. I’ll keep you all posted!
